La Punt, Via Balsegia

In the picturesque alleyways of La Punt Chamues (GR), the Chesa Stail’Alva rises majestically, a venerable testimony from the 17th century with a roof area of almost exactly 400 m2 In this region, where high snow loads are part of everyday life, we needed a solution that was not only aesthetically pleasing, but also resistant to the forces of nature. In addition, the very special nature of the roof required planning down to the smallest detail. With around 100 CREA modules, consisting of CREA-MZ modules for maximum performance and CREA BZ/OZ modules for the overall aesthetic appearance of the roof, we mastered every slope and shape of the roof. Our Satinato glass not only offers glare-free elegance, but also ensures a harmonious interplay of light and shadow. Every detail has been meticulously planned to ensure that the beauty of the Chesa Stail’Alva remains untouched, while at the same time creating a sustainable source of energy with the help of around 250 L & M modules. Chesa Stail’Alva is not just a historic house; it is a symbol of transformation. With an impressive installed capacity of 54.08 kWp and an expected annual electricity production of around 40,000 kWh, it will become a source of sustainable energy.
